Account Director - AI SaaS - Salary up to £65k p/a plus car allowance, bonus, benefits

 

My client is a global market leader in AI-driven software and data platforms. Due to continued growth and increasing market demand for advanced technology solutions, they are looking to appoint an Account Director to join their expanding commercial team.


The successful candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise SaaS and technology sales, with the ability to drive new business while developing strategic relationships with key customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

  • Selling enterprise software solutions such as SaaS platforms, data analytics, or AI-enabled technologies
     
  • Winning new business alongside managing and growing existing strategic accounts
     
  • Engaging and influencing C-suite and senior decision makers including CIOs, CTOs and Heads of Digital/Technology
     

This role requires a commercially driven sales professional capable of positioning complex technology solutions and articulating clear business value to enterprise customers.

Senior Project Manager - - Salary up to £80k p/a plus benefits)

I'm looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex  IT projects with precision, purpose, and passion. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine technical know-how, commercial awareness, and excellent stakeholder management to drive projects from inception through to completion. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring project success — delivering real results, not just ticking boxes.

What you’ll be doing:-
-Manage end-to-end delivery of SAAS products
-Oversee contracts, timelines, budgets, and resourcing
-Act as the primary point of contact for customers and partners
-Identify risks and lead mitigation strategies
-Align with industry standards (ISO 9001, 27001, 31000)
-Support continuous improvement and delivery best practices

What we’re looking for:-
-Extensive experience managing large-scale Healthcare IT projects
-PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent)
-Strong communicator with proven stakeholder engagement skills
-Deep understanding of NHS and healthcare tech environments
-Confident using project tools like MS Project
-Independent, proactive, and collaborative in approach

Bonus points for:
-Agile delivery experience
-HL7/FHIR knowledge
-ITIL or Change Management certification
-Comfortable working across time zones or in remote teams

Business Development / Senior Account Manager (NHS SaaS) - Salary up to £65000

Two exciting business development positions have arisen with my client who are a rapidly expanding SaaS provider to the NHS.


In this role you will be engaging with Csuite level contacts across NHS trusts, identifying new business opportunities, creating and maintaining senior level relationships. 


Experience  required


-Experience of selling software/SaaS to the NHS.


-Experience managing executive level contacts within the NHS.


-Able to communicate clearly; both verbally and in writing.


-Proven sales ability.


-Be a team player but also able to work independently.
